July 3, 2004 -- James Thomas has been teaching guitar for over 25 years to students of all ages. "Gentle Jim" as he is sometimes called, has been trained in every aspect of the guitar. He is able to take the basics and keep understanding at a level everyone can understand.

Gentle Jim has taught 1000's of students and discovered a basic truth. Everyone learns a different way. There are no "cookie cutter approaches" As Jim would say "some folks can sit down for hours at a time to practice while others learn better 15 minutes at a time"

Jim will teach you first how to find the best way for you to learn and your success will be much greater.

The monthly lessons and free guides are a way for Jim to give back to people for the blessings music has given to him.

There are also free tips on choosing the correct guitar, picks and other items you will need.

With many Senior Citizens having more time on their hands, Jim wanted to introduce a program that everyone could do.
